SunExits Money-Back Guarantee Terms

At SunExits, we only accept cases we reasonably believe are eligible for successful resolution. We stand behind that process with a One-Year (12-Month) 100% Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the terms below.

What Qualifies as a Successful Exit?

A “Successful Exit” means the complete termination or cancellation of the client’s solar loan, lease, or payment obligation.

In limited circumstances, a materially equivalent outcome that fully relieves the client of ongoing payment obligations may also qualify.

Guarantee Period

The guarantee period is 12 months from the date SunExits receives all required documentation from the client.

Client Responsibilities

To remain eligible for the guarantee, the client must:

  • Provide all requested documentation
  • Maintain communication and cooperation
  • Respond timely to requests for signatures, information, or documents
  • Follow guidance from assigned legal professionals

When the Guarantee May Not Apply

The guarantee may be void in cases of:

  • Non-cooperation
  • Misrepresentation of material facts
  • Failure to provide required documentation
  • Failure to respond to communications
  • Failure to fulfill obligations under the Service Agreement

Timeline Pauses

Because solar contract resolution may depend on third parties, the 12-month guarantee timeline may pause during delays outside SunExits’ control, including:

  • Delays caused by installers, lenders, or servicers
  • Client-related delays
  • Bankruptcy stays or insolvency proceedings
  • Litigation, if pursued with the client’s consent
  • Events beyond SunExits’ reasonable control

Refund Amount

If SunExits is unable to obtain a Successful Exit within the applicable guarantee period, and the client has satisfied the requirements of the Service Agreement, SunExits will refund 100% of all service fees paid to SunExits.

Clients enter into a separate agreement directly with that firm. All legal advice, legal strategy, and legal representation are provided solely by licensed attorneys.
